The purpose of the calendar is to provide the campus and the public with a summary of campus activities. The information is provided by the sponsoring organization and it is the responsibility of the sponsor to keep information current and accurate and to follow University policies (PPM 510).

If you have questions regarding a specific calendar entry, please call the number referenced in the listing unless it is for ticket information. The UCSD Box Office (858) 534-6467 will have ticket information for most campus events. The UCSD Theatre Department (858) 534-3793, and The La Jolla Playhouse (858) 550-1010, sell their tickets directly.

If you are an Active Master Calendar Event user, please click the Login hyper link to add and edit events. If you are a new user, please click the I am a new user hyper link to register with us. You will be able to access the on-line Calendar Event data entry form within 2 working days.
