2006 Baldwin New Play Festival at UCSD (bnpf '06)
The UCSD Department of Theatre and Dance Baldwin New Play Festival at UCSD has emerged as a one-of-a-kind national event in the short six years since, with the generous support of Ken and Ginger Baldwin, our MFA Playwriting Program first premiered new plays in an exciting 2-week festival format. Invited literary agents, playwrights and artistic managers from New York, Chicago, Cleveland, Louisville, Minneapolis, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, and San Francisco fly in each year to be among the first to get a sneak peak at the literary giants of tomorrow!
Six new plays! Three unique venues! Join the excitement in being among the first to see these new original productions!
