| Description: | The Short Attention Span Chamber Music Series features Library staff and some of their favorite patrons performing live among the music stacks of Geisel Library. The musicians pull their favorite chamber music scores from the shelves and the audience sits in close proximity to the performers, asking questions in between selections. The Geisel Library Bassoon Quartet performs live at this season-opener. This ensemble is nicknamed ''The Burping Bedposts'' so, be prepared for some occasional rude sounds & surprisingly low notes within the lovely melodies. |
