| Description: | Family Days is a monthly program at Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, UC San Diego, that embraces family learning and togetherness by blending arts and crafts, science, special tours and one-of-a-kind activities for all ages. Programs are included with aquarium admission and take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. join us for these dynamic opportunities to explore the ocean!
Saturday, June 21 Embark on a modern-day fairy tale journey with “Once Upon a Tide,” a new family-friendly, 10-minute film about the importance of the ocean. Find out how we can break the spell and save the ocean, and ourselves, through hands-on family activities and interactions with Scripps scientists who study the ocean’s health. |
