Description: In honor of César Chávez month in April, the UCSD Cross-Cultural Center presents In honor of César Chávez month in April, the UCSD Cross-Cultural Center presents In Our Hands: Art Inspired by the Values of César Chávez. This exhibit showcases the work of community and student artists who draw inspiration from the core values promoted by Chávez. These values include community, nonviolence, respect for life and the environment, sacrifice, and service to others. There will be a reception with free food, music, and a chance to meet the artists on Thursday, April 16th. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
