Meet with local restaurant managers, owners and food chain suppliers who have an interest in learning how they can introduce more real food into their menus and improve their sustainable food practices. There will be academic resources showcasing UC San Diego’s commitment to sustainable food research and curriculum. Learn about student organizations and initiatives that are taking action in making our food system more sustainable. This will be held in conjunction with Food Day celebrations throughout the United States.
