An in-person cardiovascular scientific seminar featuring Dr. Farah Sheikh (Professor in the Department of Medicine), who will present on “Redefining the Landscape of Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy: From Mechanistic Understanding to Lifesaving Interventions”. The seminar is hosted by the UC San Diego Future Faculty of Cardiovascular Sciences (FOCUS) program. FOCUS is an NHLBI-sponsored career development program for junior faculty in cardiovascular sciences and is a member of Programs to Increase Diversity Among Individuals Engaged in Health Related Research (PRIDE).
