Join us for a special presentation with local Vietnamese-American Artist Trinh Mai! As part of Lifeline, a solo show by Trinh Mai currently on display at Oceanside Museum of Art, Trinh Mai will will discuss how her artwork has helped open up the channel for intergenerational dialogue as a method to unearth history and preserve family stories, sharing how her work speaks on the human condition and our collective need for healing. Original artwork will be on display. Also included will be the screening of excerpts from the documentary Honoring Life: The Work of Trinh Mai, produced by The Artist Odyssey. A light lunch will be served following the event. Please RSVP for catering counts. Tickets do not need to be printed/brought to the event.
