AAASRC Black Resistance Panel: Local and Global Perspectives
This panel sponsored by the AAASRC Board tackles Black Resistance in local and global perspectives as a source of structural change and an impetus for future social justice. A roundtable discussion will be chaired by Provost Ivan Evans (Eleanor Roosevelt College). Other participants include Wallace Bullock (writer, educator, historical dramatist, and activist, Martha's Vineyard Playhouse), Assistant Professor Gabriel Bámgbóṣé (Literature Department), Pierce Flynn (Aesthetic Content & Marketing Group), Lea Marie Ruiz-Ade (AAASRC Board), Eduardo Santana (AAASRC Board), African Studies Students, and Distinguished Professor and AAASRC Director Bennetta Jules-Rosette.
