The AAASRC Dance & Drumming Workshop with Master Percussionist Mark Lamson is an African and African-American Studies Research Center (AAASRC) annual event where attendees learn about African and Afro-Cuban dance and drumming. It is a participatory event. Attendees provide their own instruments. A number of dance videos will be shown. All ages and ability levels are encouraged to attend and participate. The workshop will also be held concurrently over Zoom at the ticket registration link.
