African Women and Politics: The Zimbabwean Case

The African and African-American Studies Research Center (AAASRC), Professor Bennetta Jules-Rosette, Director presents a lecture by Professor Lorna Lueker-Zukas, Department of Social Sciences, National University and AAASRC Visiting Scholar 2019-2020. African politics, rural-urban migration, voting rights, and their consequences for gender relations in Zimbabwe and South Africa will be examined. Light refreshments will be served.
