Artificial intelligence (AI) has the ability to transform the banking sector by increasing efficiency, personalization and security. As AI technology progresses, we may expect even more imaginative uses of AI in fintech, ranging from risk management, customer service and investment management to compliance. The seminar will introduce the most recent industry trends, innovations and technologies, as well as explore how these subjects are changing the fintech and investing industries and their impact on the ecosystem, using a robo-adviser case study from South Korea.
