Allison Hooker discusses the importance of the United States’ Indo-Pacific allies in the increasingly turbulent global environment and shifting international order. She will draw from 20 years of experience working in State Department and White House roles, discussing how these relationships have changed significantly in recent years and how they will continue to evolve — regardless of the outcome of the U.S. presidential election in November.
