Please join us for the First Annual Apps & Appetizers to explore new ways to integrate meaningful technology into your practice. Through this event, educators will share ways in which they visualize their research and help students connect concepts. Explore designing infographics, video presentations, mind maps, blogs, and tools for formative assessment. Educators across UC San Diego will showcase a range of interactive applications and highlight how these tools can be integrated in research and classrooms.Facilitators will share the various functions and features of their technology and engage in lively conversations with their colleagues. You will have the opportunity to mingle, explore the different presentations, and rotate through the sessions as you wish. For a draft schedule please visit our website. This event is hosted by the UC San Diego Research Communications Program, Education Technology Services and Teaching and Learning Commons Center for Engaged Teaching (CET). Appetizers will be served.
