• Promote Educational Equity: Demonstrate how assessment can be a powerful tool for advancing educational equity by sharing examples of how it has been used to identify areas of improvement and ensure inclusive practices.
   
• Strengthen Critical Thinking and Communication: Provide opportunities for staff, faculty and students to enhance their critical thinking and communication skills through meaningful assessment activities.
   
• Embed Assessment into Everyday Practices: Uplifting a mindset where assessment is an integral part of our everyday practices by offering tangible takeaways, practical tools, and strategies to help you incorporate assessment to your work.
   
• Foster Community Engagement: Create a supportive community where staff, faculty, where staff, faculty, and students can openly share their assessment stories and build confidence as an assessment practitioner.
