Baseball: UC San Diego Hosts NCAA West Regional
Fourth-ranked UC San Diego’s quest for a third successive West Region crown will begin at home this week. The Tritons will play host to third-seeded city rival Point Loma Nazarene University and sixth-seeded Montana State University Billings. The Game 1 loser plays the host Tritons at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, May 17. UC San Diego will also play the winner of Game 1 at 7 p.m. on Friday. Single-day ticket prices are $10 for adults and $5 for college students with identification, seniors 65 and older, and children aged three to 12. Tickets are good for day-of-games only, and will be available for purchase 60 minutes prior to the start of the first game each day. Parking permits are required for Friday.
