You may have thrown your hat in the ring to get a new job or you may be looking for someone to fill a position. Either way interview skills need to be kept up to date. Join us as we dig into interviewing tips – what have you found that works? What doesn’t? How do you prepare? What are you looking for in candidates? We’ll begin by discussing broadly and then break into groups (project management, change management and process improvement) to dig deeper into each area.
