Bioinformatics Seminar Series
The Center for Computational Biology & Bioinformatics presents the Bioinformatics Seminar Series: a monthly lunch series featuring local bioinformaticians discussing their tools, research, software, coding, etc. October’s talk features Rebecca Colman (Rodwell Lab) discussing “Aligner choice and the effect on rare variant detection capability.” A light lunch will be provided.
