Breaking Down Imposter Syndrome in Asian American Communities: A Mental Health Panel

UC San Diego APIMEDA Programs and Services and CAPS present our annual mental health panel in May, which is both Asian Pacific Islander American Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month. This year, join us for a conversation about imposter syndrome within Asian American communities, its repercussions on mental health, and strategies to combat imposter syndrome in various spaces (e.g. workplace, education, personal life, etc.).
