For this year's Camp IPPS we are hosting 30 instructor-led courses spanning hot topics in Oracle, Concur, Payables, Logistics, and more! Mix and match classes or attend them all in this immersive, camp-themed training week. Registered campers (attendees) will receive UC Learning credit for each class they complete.
Course Spotlights
Tuesday (8/16)
The World of Surplus Transfer Requests (9:00-9:30 am): Learn how the Surplus Transfer Request process works and how to best expedite and prepare for the Surplus Pickup Process. It’s best suited for those who regularly use CAMS/are responsible for inventory control and the pickup process- have the role of DEA or DEC.
Wednesday (8/17)
Small Business Programs & Policy (12:30 - 1:00 pm): This course addresses Federal Subcontracting pre and post-award requirements, policy, and the Small Business First Program policy, process, and compliance. These topics are intended for PIs, Fund Managers, and campus professionals who procure goods and services through Oracle.
Thursday (8/18)
Navigating the Logistics Portal (1:30 - 2:00 pm): This presentation covers Logistics Portal best practices. This course is best suited for those who regularly receive package deliveries, request Logistics services, or utilize our external Logistics applications or websites.
Friday (8/19)
Sustainable Program & Policy (10:00 - 10:30 am): Learn about sustainability programs and how to purchase greener with Amazon, Iron Mountain, Carroll Business Supply, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. It’s best suited for those who regularly purchase goods within Oracle and want to be more sustainable with their purchasing.
