View SpeakersAn artful take on UC San Diego Library’s popular De-Stress with Pups and Critter Encounters held nearby in Geisel Library's Classroom 1, this exhibit features a collection of campus wildlife paintings by alumna and UC San Diego Extension art instructor Michelle McCunney ’84. In this imaginative series, familiar critters take on the roles of scientists — testing water samples, conducting conservation studies, and engaging in research across campus.
Campus Critters at Work and Play is on view outside of Classroom 1 on the 2nd (main) Floor of Geisel Library from Monday, June 9, through Sunday, December 14, during the building's open hours. Stay tuned for details about an upcoming stressbuster session on Friday, November 7, with the artist, where she’ll guide guests through a hands-on “drawing animals” activity.
