All UC San Diego students, faculty and staff are invited to free open houses on April 24th to learn about the update to university’s Climate Action Plan and a new UC-wide call for ideas for offset projects and purchases. If you are working on a project that could be used as a UC offset to help the campus meet our carbon neutrality goals, then this new grant could potentially provide project funding up to $70,000. Light refreshments will be served. Please bring your own coffee cup, reusable water bottle, and plate to help make these zero-waste events.
