Caroline Shaw & Sō Percussion featuring Ringdown
Award-winning composer Caroline Shaw and the acclaimed ensemble Sō Percussion bring their 2025 GRAMMY-winning album Rectangles and Circumstance to ArtPower. Praised for their “exhilarating blend of precision and anarchy, rigor and bedlam” (The New Yorker), Sō Percussion collaborates with Shaw to create a mesmerizing fusion of music and poetry, producing “intriguing, inventive timbres” (BBC Music). The evening will also feature Ringdown, an electronic cinematic pop duo formed by Shaw and Danni Lee Parpan, adding another layer of innovation to this dynamic performance.
