The Change Management Practitioner Training program is designed for change practitioners, either change leads or change agents. You will become certified in Prosci’s change management methodology, which builds the individual competency to implement change management for your own organization. Upon completion, you will be able to use the methodology and tools to drive successful outcomes by focusing on the people side of change. Topics covered:
