Change Management Practitioner Training
Intended for: staff who will be leading and implementing change in their units The Change Management Practitioner Training program is designed for change practitioners, either change leads or change agents. You will become certified in Prosci’s change management methodology, which builds the individual competency to implement change management for your own organization. Upon completion, you will be able to use the methodology and tools to drive successful outcomes by focusing on the people side of change. Topics Covered: • Why change management? • The Prosci ADKAR model • The three-phase process of managing change • The master change plan
