Soundfield Ecologies is an immersive installation placing you at the center of ecological soundscapes from across the Western Hemisphere. Curated from over 300 hours of ambisonic field recordings, soundscapes have been selected for the acoustic clarity of their biodiversity and intricacies of their natural rhythms. Spatialized in 40-channel surround sound using 7th-order ambisonics, this work allows you to experience nature in ways you’ve never heard it before.
