Chinese New Year Banquet and Presentation—International Education Scholarship Fundraiser
Celebrate the Chinese New Year with a gourmet Chinese banquet while supporting the International education scholarship fundraiser event hosted by Friends of the International Center. Dinner guests will also hear a brief testimonial from a Friends scholarship recipient. An illustrated lecture presentation by Professor Christopher Wills on Argentina Revealed follows the dinner. Guests will discover the panoply of Argentina beyond Buenos Aires and Patagonia. The event will be held at the Great Hall at International House on UC San Diego campus at 6:30 pm on Saturday February 11, 2017. Cost for the evening is $60 per community guest, $50 per Friends member and $25 per UC San Diego degree student and international scholar. (We regret no children.) Parking is free.
