Feb 15, 2018–Feb 15, 2018 from 2:00pm–4:00pm
African American Studies Minor (AASM) & Chicano/a~Latino/a Arts & Humanities (CLAH) current and prospective students: Join us for Career Exploration from a Social Justice Perspective! Take advantage of this opportunity and hear from alumni speak directly on how minoring in CLAH & AASM programs has benefited and enhanced their careers. You will learn how they have transferred those skills learned in the classroom and put them into practice in their professional careers. You will also have the opportunity to network and connect with each guest, ask any other questions, and exchange contact information. This is invaluable information you won’t want to miss! We will be having a small reception with light refreshments before the event begins. AASM Director, Thandeka Chapman, and CLAH DIrector, Luis Alvarez, will be in attendance. We hope to see you there & bring a friend! Please RSVP by Monday, February 12. Best regards, Mya Hines, AASM Program Coordinator Diana Soqui, CLAH Program Coordinator
