Spearheaded by Rachel Dutton and organized primarily by students, the CMI monthly microbiome seminar series focuses on disseminating information about microbiome research. Jack Gilbert will be giving a talk titled “Mapping the Microbiome of the Built Environment - what we know and what we aspire to know.” Following his talk, graduate student, Megan Thoemmes will also be giving a short presentation. Pizza, beer, and wine to follow the talk. Pizza and the first drink are on us! BarWorks will accept CASH ONLY for additional drinks. You must RSVP to get a drink ticket! This is a UC San Diego internal event. Only UC San Diego students, faculty, and staff may attend.
