Commitment through Action: Putting Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion into Practice
The Human Developmental Sciences Program is celebrating the launch of the first major/minor specialization in Equity and Diversity on campus. To celebrate the launching, the UC San Diego Library is hosting events open to ALL faculty, students, and staff, to build upon previous efforts on campus to take action toward making practical changes in the classroom to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion at UC San Diego. There will be three talks held at various locations across campus:
- Difficult Conversations: Experiences with EDI Discussions on Our Campus
- Facilitating EDI Discussions: Techniques for Having Difficult and Fruitful Conversations
- Commitment through Action: Putting EDI into Practice
