Conflict Resolution
Program Overview
Conflicts are subject to happen in professional settings and in our personal lives. Interpersonal Skills, such as Communication Skills, Listening Skills, Effective Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution are highly valued and greatly needed in today’s workplace environment.
Conflict resolution is a way for two or more parties to find a peaceful solution to a disagreement among them. Conflict is normal, and even healthy, when communicated in an assertive manor. Students will practice listening to understand opposed to listening to reply and how to communicate effectively.
Focus
The focus of our conflict management training is to introduce practical conflict resolution techniques and strategies that employees can effectively utilize when managing conflict in the workplace and in our personal lives.
