Drop-in workshop, all welcome. This three hour create session will allow faculty to develop a Blended lesson ready to use in their class the following week. We will explore different ARM Tec Ed-technologies and discuss the philosophies & research behind blended learning. What is Teaching - What is Learning & Learning Environments - Blended Learning (BL) Environments - eLearning Objects (eLOs) for BL - Screencast as an eLO - Building BL content with Ted.ed - Research on BL Following this experience, the participant will be able to: - Analyze the characteristics of Learning and a - Learning Environment; - Identify eLO’s, create a screencast for lesson creation; - Design a BL lesson template, align with LOs; - Apply research on BL.
