Digital Media Lab @ Geisel Open House
Get up to speed on the latest technology tools at the UC San Diego Library’s Digital Media Lab (DML) Open House. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to come learn how to take advantage of the DML’s FREE media creation and editing tools. The DML offers:
- Free 3D printing for all UC San Diego affiliates
- Virtual reality equipment: 2 HTC Vive Headsets, 2 Oculus Rift Headsets, and 360 Video Cameras
- Augmented reality projects in Unity and Vuforia
- Technology lending, including: High-end cameras, laptop/phone chargers, media streaming devices, and more.
- High-end workstations for media editing
- Knowledgeable staff to assist in media creation and editing projects
