Join UC San Diego Director of Staff Learning & Development Anne Curtis for a deep dive into one of the cornerstones of emotional intelligence - empathy. In this interactive workshop, you will learn to recognize your own emotions and those of others as a valuable expression of each other's needs and how that can be channeled into a healthier and more satisfying work environment.
