In this workshop, you will learn the core tenets of emotional intelligence and practice identifying/interpreting emotions in faces, posture, gestures, voice, and physiology. Getting clarity on your own emotional quotient (EQ) will be the first step in developing this crucial skillset for the modern workplace, wherein the language among leading organizations, managers, and team members centers more and more on cultivating a culture of engagement. Learn to recognize your own emotions and those of others as a valuable expression of each others' needs and how that can be channeled into a healthier and productive work environment.
