Welcome back Tritons! We are excited to present our hybrid fall 2023 career fair series. Whether you’re looking to secure an internship, full- or part-time position, or graduate program, this opportunity can help you take that next step. Register today to engage with leading employers and admissions officers! Please note, the career fairs are open to UC San Diego students and alumni only.

IN-PERSON FAIR DETAILS

• In order to gain admittance to the fair, students MUST register through Handshake AND bring their student ID the day of the fair.

The student entrance is located on 2nd level of Liontree Arena near the ticket booths.

Alumni job-seekers should by-pass the student line the day of the career fair and visit the alumni table.

Due to the popularity of this event, we have implemented a timed entry system to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.

The Career Fair is going to be broken up into 4 -1.5 hour sessions. Please sign up for one of the sessions and show up to check in at that time:

Session 1: 10:00am -11:30am

Session 2: 11:30am -1:00pm

Session 3: 1:00pm - 2:30pm

Session 4: 2:30pm - 4:00pm

VIRTUAL FAIR DETAILS
During the Virtual Career Fair Series, employers will be able to host two types of sessions to interact with students and alumni:

• Group Sessions:

  • 30 minutes each

  • multiple students/alumni can attend

• 1:1 Sessions:

  • 10 minutes each

  • one student/alumnus and one employer representative can attend

This resource will provide valuable information on how to register for sessions, how to prepare for the fair, and how to participate virtually when the time arrives.

In order to register for 1:1 and group sessions, employers’ sessions need to be available. Please be sure to check the event page often as employers can create and add their sessions at any time.
