Another chance to experience live negotiations! The Sullivan Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the Rady Venture Capital Club bring you Founder-Investor Negotiation.
Be part of the action as investors offer a founder an investment term sheet and learn how to negotiate terms that are "investor friendly" / "founder friendly."
Nina Saberi, three-time entrepeneur and venture capitalist, will facilitate the discussion and offer a "win-win" scenario.
