As we know, workplace litigation continues to be rampant, especially in the Golden State (for lawyers!) Assuming you don’t aspire to be the next defendant, what can you do?

Our Speaker: Jathan Janove, a former state bar Employment Lawyer of the Year, writes the “Putting Humanity into HR” column for SHRM, and is a Master Coach and Practice Leader with the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching group, including writing the “Coach’s Corner” blog and coordinating the pro bono program for nonprofit organizations. He's an instructor in the HR Master Series at the University of California, San Diego, Division of Extended Studies, and author, most recently, of Hard-Won Wisdom: True Stories From The Management Trenches (HarperCollins 2017).
