Global Initiatives is proud to host UC San Diego's sixth annual Fulbright Day on Thursday, March 9, 2023! Students, faculty, lecturers, postdocs and staff are invited to learn about the hundreds of awards available to teach, study, work or conduct research abroad! There are opportunities in more than 140 countries for all disciplines and professions!
The goal of Fulbright Day is inform campus about the Fulbright U.S. Student and U.S. Scholar Programs. Additionally, there is an optional writing workshop for students to learn how to craft competitive Fulbright applications. Attendees are invited to attend a community-building lunch with keynote speaker Elizabeth H. Simmons, Executive Vice Chancellor, and a networking happy hour event at Underbelly! Review the day's program below, and register for the sessions or events that best suits your interest in Fulbright!
