Sales & Safety Policy

• Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Pets are NOT allowed; service animals are welcome.
• Prices will be at discounted rates and will be clearly marked for sale, haggling is not allowed.
• Forms of payment accepted are Cash, Credit, and Debit Card.
• California sales tax will be applied to public sales unless the reseller’s permit documentation is provided.
• All items offered for sale are in USED condition and may contain defects and/or damage not visible or otherwise detectable upon inspection.
• All items are sold on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis.
• All items purchased at the Surplus Sales store must be claimed and transported at the time of purchase.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
