Make a Triton Impact 

UC San Diego is collaborating with San Diego Food Banks to celebrate Global Days of Service.

Each shift lasts about three hours and involves a variety of projects. Volunteer projects may include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and packaging fresh produce for immediate distribution.
• Inspecting, sorting, boxing, and labeling food donations.
• Assembling food packages for our Senior Food Program, Moms & Children Food Program, Emergency Food Assistance Program, and our Food 4 Kids Backpack Program.

There are two shifts available:

• 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST
• 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM PST

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EVERY VOLUNTEER TO KNOW

• All volunteers must wear closed-toed shoes.
• Plan on arriving 10 minutes early for the shift. Arrivals later than 10 minutes past the beginning of the shift will not be allowed to volunteer.
• Volunteers must be 16 years old or older.
