Oceanids' Sounding Board presents Dr. Nigella Hillgarth, former Executive Director, Birch Aquarium at UC San Diego. Dr. Hillgarth will illustrate with her photography the beauty of the natural world menaced by climate change and rapidly rising sea levels.
