This lecture will provide an overview of the many anti-LGBTQ+ laws and policies emerging in public education today.  While exploring each, attendees will also learn about the status of their challenges in federal courts.  The lecture will discuss in greater detail the legal questions before the U.S. Supreme Court currently as well as those anticipated in the near future.
