The Hertzberg-Schechter Stem Cell Workshop is a special collaborative event between the Sanford Stem Cell Discovery Center and the Weizmann Institute of Science that seeks to deepen our scientific partnership through innovative research in stem cell and regenerative biology to support new opportunities for collaboration and training.

The workshop features faculty presentations as well as short talks from trainees from the Weizmann Institute and the UC San Diego Sanford Stem Cell Institute, highlighting the regenerative and resilient nature of stem cells in cancer and aging.
