Small actions can have a powerful impact on well-being. In this interactive workshop, students will learn simple ideas from positive psychology- including gratitude and mindfulness- that support happiness and resilience. Participants will then choose a hands-on activity to begin their own practice, such as writing a gratitude letter, starting a gratitude journal, or creating a “Tiniest Bucket List.”
