He is the Director of the Neural Interaction Laboratory, co-Director of the Center for Perinatal Health. His research is highly inter-disciplinary, lying at the intersection of applied mathematics, scalable machine learning, bio-electronics, medicine, and public health. Current clinical areas of focus with those synergies include perinatal health, chronic disease management, and healthy aging.
