This 5 week workshop is designed for those both new and existing meditation practitioners looking for skillful instruction. This workshop covers the practices of Mindfulness and Meditation in an easy 5 week format. Designed for those new to the practices and those looking for skillful instruction. Michele has been teaching yoga, meditation and breathwork for over thirty years. Her work emphasizes the inner practices of Raja Yoga, including focus on mediation as a spiritual pathway to develop optimal health and full human potential. Michele was personally trained by Raja Yoga Master Walk Babtiste who bestowed upon her the sacred title Raja Yoga Guide. She has also been initiated into the Himalayan Tradition by Swami Veda Bharati and into the Tibetan Yoga by H.H. The Dalai Lama.
