This Project Management training gives anyone the tools to manage a project today. It removes the hurdles often presented by the Project Management Body of Knowledge and provides a common-sense approach to managing Information Services projects. This methodology has been provided to Executives, Certified Project Managers, Help Desk Staff, Engineers and other job classes in Information Services and enabled an expansion of Project Management capabilities in the IS organization. Over 500 individuals have been trained on this method at UC San Diego Health.

This event is hosted by the UC San Diego's Business Excellence Community of Practice (BECOP). BECOP looks to leverage expertise, knowledge, and resources across UC San Diego to build a broad and diverse network of practitioners interested in creating an agile, sustainable, and supportive infrastructure and a culture of continuous improvement.
