This is a special annual event where we not only get to do good but also get a tour of the Food Bank and join your fellow volunteers for a light lunch. Transportation from campus is available on a first come, first served basis. Volunteers help with projects such as packaging fresh produce, sorting food donations and assembling food packages. Children aged 11 and up allowed with a parent or guardian. Please note: volunteers must sign up both through this form and through the San Diego Food Bank website. Each registrant, including minors, must be registered on the Food Bank site. If this is your first time volunteering at the Food Bank, you will need to create an account and enter “ucsd50” as your join code when prompted.
