Keep A Breast Exhibition and Workshop at UC San Diego Craft Center
Join our friends at Keep A Breast to learn how art helps transform breast cancer awareness into action! This event includes a free exhibition of Keep A Breast’s famous plaster breast casts decorated by well-known artists and a presentation by Mona Mukherjea-Gherig, Keep A Breast founder and breast cancer survivor.
A hands-on, ceramic “boobie mug” making workshop led by Mona is also available for a $40 registration fee. All are welcome and $16 from each registration will go directly to Keep A Breast, the rest goes to cover materials, instruction, glaze and firing costs. Advanced registration for the workshop is much appreciated. If space is available, day-of registration may be possible.
